Everything ships fast from California — no waiting weeks on a box from overseas.
Processing
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. You'll get an order confirmation right away and a tracking link the moment your order ships.
Rates & delivery (United States)
- Free standard shipping on orders $50 and over.
- $5.99 standard shipping on orders under $50.
- Express shipping is available at checkout for $9.99.
- Estimated standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
We currently ship within the United States.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed automatically when your order leaves our facility. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, check your spam folder or reach out.
Lost, damaged, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email Eric@Calabasascosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll always help where we can.
