Refund policy

At Calabasas Cosmetics, we value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a positive experience with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or altered.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including gift cards, final sale or clearance items, and any opened or used cosmetics due to health and safety regulations.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email hello@calabasascosmetics.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Once approved, we will send instructions on how and where to ship your package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status. If approved, your refund is applied to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Partial refunds may apply for items not in their original condition.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process and note that you would like an exchange. Exchanges are offered for products of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives defective or damaged, email hello@calabasascosmetics.com within 7 days with photos and a description, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
