Processing

Orders are packed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation right away and a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Rates & Delivery (United States)

• Free shipping on orders $60 and over.
• $4.99 flat shipping on orders under $60.
• Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed automatically when your order leaves our facility.

Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@calabasascosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we will always help where we can.
